Brian Mitchell did a wonderful job of explaining the features of the car with which I was unfamiliar. Having traded my C class for an E class, I was nervous driving. He was reassuring. Since I live 104 miles from the dealership, Brian made every effort to make me comfortable with the vehicle before leaving the dealership. Isringhausen should be proud to have a sales representative like Brian Mitchell.

This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from Isringhausen and dealt with Mike Plohr. I live in St. Louis, MO and could have dealt dealers down here. However, the professionalism and courtesy extended by Mike and the dealership including Mark Dresch who is a business manager far exceeds the other dealerships in St. Louis. I purchased this vehicle for my wife to drive and she was treated with the utmost respect. I am very confident with this dealership that she will be given this same treatment even when I am not there with her. I cannot confidently state this in regard to the other dealerships in my immediate area. Sales people need to realize that business is based upon relationships and trust. That is why I deal with Isringhausen.

Isringhausen is a first rate Mercedes Benz dealer. They maintain standards for pre-owned vehicles which exceed those of most franchised dealers by a wide margin. They can deliver a car from 1100 miles away to my doorstep faster than my local dealer can answer the phone! All in all, a first rate experience with high degree of professionalism.

Having been a recent customer at Isringhausen in Springfield I would just like to say what an excellent experience it was. David Heimlich was the sales associate I was in contact with and his professional and courteous attitude and knowledge was what really made me a happy customer. After watching the web site for over 2 years the vehicle I had been looking for showed up. Saw it on a Friday afternoon. We caught the train from STL at 6 a.m. to see it Saturday morning. Mike Plohr met us at the station at 8 a.m. and took us to the show room where the SUV was sitting all shined up. After an impressive, “eye opening” drive we closed the deal and were driving back home in our BMW in under 2 hours. It was a real pleasure doing business with Isringhausen and I will be back again for our next car. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a truly remarkable and positive buying experience.

Luke Isringhausen helped make the purchase of this automobile much easier than I thought possible. He is the most patient person I have met in quite awhile. I came into the dealership knowing I was going to make a purchase, I wasn't sure of what. Last week, I drove from Peoria to Springfield. Prior to my trip, I put gas in my car. While fueling, I grabbed a coffee inside; unbeknownst to me, the gas tank did not shut itself and my car was covered in gas! Also, my shoes got covered with gas as I was shutting the pump. I had my dogs in the car and needed to make the drive. I called Isringhausen as I arrived into Springfield and spoke to Gary in service; he felt so badly for me; offered me bottled water, and cleaned out the part os the car which was covered with gas, for free! Also, it was not even a car I purchased from Isringhausen! Thank you Gary! You definitely have the Kuhn family loyalty!

Staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. Waiting area was very clean and nicely arranged with comfortable seating. Shuttle driver was also very courteous and accommodating. My car was quite dirty when I brought it into the dealership, due to my having been on several extended business trips. It was spotless when I returned to pick it up. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

The customer service was wonderful to us! Very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a vehicle as we had appointments that day in town and they had to order a piece for our vehicle and we were able to use the loaner vehicle to return home in. THEY EVEN BROUGHT OUR VEHICLE TO US WHEN IT WAS FINISHED WHICH IS AN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY! Wonderful service........
