Position Overview

Isringhausen Imports is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our elite sales team. As a Sales Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship in a fast-paced, luxury automotive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury vehicles and a desire to build a long-term career in automotive sales. You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals and clients to deliver an exceptional dealership experience from introduction to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping to create a welcoming and elevated showroom experience.
    • Learning to understand customer needs and assist in identifying suitable vehicles across our brands.
  • Sales Process Support:
    • Assisting senior sales staff throughout the sales process, from test drives and vehicle demonstrations to final delivery.
    • Preparing and maintaining presentation materials and product knowledge resources.
    • Shadowing experienced Sales Associates to gain full knowledge of our inventory and dealership systems.
  • Inventory & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about current vehicle models, features, and availability across all brands.
    • Help maintain showroom organization, including vehicle cleanliness and proper merchandising.
  • CRM & Administrative Tasks:
    • Input and update customer information into the CRM system with attention to detail.
    • Follow up with prospective and current clients via phone, text, and email under the direction of the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work in close coordination with the sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience.
    • Participate in team meetings, brand training sessions, and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passion for luxury vehicles and customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured sales environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
