Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified High-Line Qualified Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with high-end vehicles, particularly BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volvo. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our luxury vehicles to the highest standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic and repair services on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volvo vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately identify any issues.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technical information and updates from manufacturers.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding vehicle conditions and repairs.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain detailed records of all services performed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and/or Volvo vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficient with advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
