Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales documents and processing transactions.
• Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Manage and organize customer files and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless process for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
• Maintain the showroom and ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for display.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and follow-up calls.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and procedures is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
