Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
As a Service Tunnel Employee at Isringhausen Imports, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer vehicles in our service department. You will be responsible for accepting vehicles for service, documenting their condition through video, and assisting mechanics by driving cars into the service bays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Acceptance: Greet customers as they arrive for service and perform a thorough video walk-around of their vehicles to document any existing damage
• Vehicle Handling: Safely drive customer vehicles into the service tunnel, ensuring proper placement for mechanic access
• Service Coordination: Communicate effectively with mechanics to prioritize vehicle intake and ensure a seamless handoff
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by offering updates on their vehicle's service status and ensuring a smooth handoff to service advisors when necessary
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the service tunnel and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for both employees and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with luxury vehicles
• Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred but not required
