Isringhausen Imports has been named a 2022 Dealer Rater of the Year by DealerRater, a leading car dealer review and reputation management platform. The award recognizes a select number of car dealerships throughout the United States for outstanding customer satisfaction as expressed through customers' online reviews posted on DealerRater.

To be considered for the Dealer of the Year Awards a dealership must have a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the calendar year and an average minimum star rating of 4.0, with 5.0 as the highest possible rating. Ratings criteria include customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing, and overall experience.

Isringhausen also received a 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater, which compliments the Dealer of the Year Award. The Consumer Satisfaction Award is reserved for the top 10% of U.S. new-car dealerships.
