Isringhausen was recently honored with a visit from representatives of Volvo Cars USA, who bestowed upon us the prestigious 2023 Volvo Excellence Award. This award is given to the Top 30 retailers nationwide, and we are proud to be among the recipients. During the visit, Carmelo Scalzo, the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for the Greater Chicago Area, addressed our staff and extended his warm congratulations. He also took a moment to highlight the significance and value of this distinguished award.

“The Excellence Award is an important one that includes several different components, like sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and parts sales,” Carmelo said. “We’d like to thank you on behalf of the company and congratulate you on the accomplishment.” After-Sales Market Manager Evan Connell joined Carmelo for the presentation.

Geoff Isringhausen was on hand to accept the award and personally thank the Isringhausen Volvo team. “I thank all of you for doing your part to make us recognized and successful,” Geoff said. “It’s so much more fun to do it well and please our customers. It’s the only way to do business, and I appreciate everyone’s efforts and understanding of that.”
