Springfield Business Journal has named Isringhausen Imports one of its Best Places to Work in Central Illinois for 2025. The Journal holds a variety of awards programs throughout the year, but Best Places to Work is unique because it requires employees to nominate their own company for recognition.
"We [at Isringhausen] foster an environment where teamwork, innovation and professional growth are encouraged," Marketing Director Cainin Barnett told the Journal. "Our leadership team prioritizes open communication and continuous improvement, making Isringhausen a place where employees feel heard, respected and motivated to do their best every day. Winning the Best Places to Work award is another testament to our focus on building a strong, employee-centered culture."
Isringhausen continues to lead in customer satisfaction and broke ground on a new Porsche dealership last fall while remodeling two other facilities, the publication noted.
"Whether it's helping a client find their dream car, working together to solve challenges or celebrating company wins, there's a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose," Barnett continued. "Plus, working with some of the world's most iconic automotive brands in a cutting-edge environment makes every day exciting and rewarding."
Among the other Springfield-area businesses to be recognized as a "Best Place to Work" were Knob Hill Landscape Co., Springfield YMCA, HSHS St. John's Hospital and others.
