Starting now, our new high-tech BUNN machines will serve gourmet blends from Custom Cup, a downtown staple, and Arrowroot Coffee Company, an exciting newcomer making its mark on Springfield’s coffee scene.

Arrowroot Coffee, a 2024 recipient of the Isringhausen DRIVE Grant, began as a mobile coffee trailer and is now preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar lounge in the former Recycled Records building. Sourced from farms around the world and roasted with care right here in Springfield, their coffee brings global flavor with a hometown touch.

Custom Cup, located in the heart of downtown Springfield, is more than just a roaster—it’s a café and bakery that’s become a staple for coffee lovers across the city. Their small-batch roasting and artisanal approach bring bold flavor and local flair to every sip.
