Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury vehicles, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on our range of luxury vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Assist customers with the financing and leasing process, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, current promotions, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
